Terms of Sale — Digital Goods

Scope — this store only
These terms apply only to digital goods sold on shop.sacredlantern.online (templates, scripts, toolkits).

They do not apply to:
· Technical services (sacredlantern.online) — governed by the project contract
· AI subscription top-ups (code.sacredlantern.online) — governed by the rules published on that site

By placing an order here you agree to everything below.

1. What you are buying

Digital goods: source code, scripts, templates, and their documentation. Nothing is shipped physically. No tutoring, consulting, or ongoing service is included unless separately agreed in writing.

2. License

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product. You may:

Use it in your own projects, including commercial ones
Use it in work delivered to your clients (i.e. as part of paid services)
Modify the source to fit your needs

You may not:

Resell, sublicense, rent, or give away the product
Publish the original or modified source publicly (repos, file hosts, forums, social media)
Offer it as a SaaS, hosted service, or API
Build and sell a competing product based on it

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. The Store never sees or stores your card details. Prices are in US dollars as shown at checkout.

Any VAT, sales tax, or import duty applicable in your jurisdiction is your responsibility.

4. Delivery

After a successful payment:

You are redirected to the download page
Stripe emails a receipt to the address you entered, containing the same link
The download is an archive with source code, documentation, and example files

Delivery is complete at the moment of payment. Keep the download link. If you lose it, contact me with your order reference and I will resend it.

5. Refunds

Full refund within 7 days, no questions asked. Email your order reference. No reason needed, no explanation of what you tried.

After 7 days, refunds are only issued if the product has a defect that cannot be fixed. A refunded order terminates the license — you must delete the files.

6. Limitations

Products are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
No guarantee that a product fits your specific use case or produces any particular result.
I am not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use or inability to use a product. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid for it.
Limitations documented in the product's README are part of the product description, not defects.

7. Privacy

This site is static: no tracking scripts, no analytics cookies, no user accounts.

Stripe processes payments and holds your email and payment details under its own privacy policy. I only see the order information Stripe provides (email, amount, timestamp), used for delivery and support.

Emails you send me are used to answer you. They are not added to any mailing list.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. Changes do not affect completed orders — the version in effect when you purchased governs that order.

9. Governing law

Nothing here excludes mandatory rights granted by your local consumer protection law. Where a clause conflicts with such mandatory law, the local law prevails.
